El El estudio de la ética médica: una revisión sistemática

La ética médica, esencial en la formación y práctica de los profesionales de la salud, enfrenta desafíos particulares en un contexto global marcado por avances tecnológicos y dinámicas sociales complejas. El objetivo fue analizar la producción científica sobre la ética profesional médica publicada en los últimos años. Se exploraron las bases de datos PubMed, Elsevier, ScienceDirect, Scielo, Repositorios Universitarios, Scopus y Google Scholar, considerando un periodo de once años (2012-2023). Diecisiete estudios cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. Se observa una escasez de investigaciones sobre la formación ética médica en América Latina. Se identificaron tres factores clave: personales y psicológicos, académicos y profesionales, y contextuales laborales. Se concluye ampliar la investigación sobre ética médica en la región latinoamericana, dada la desigualdad en el acceso a la salud y la corrupción en los sistemas de salud desde una mirada multidimensional.
