Abstract

The state is a complexity not only conceptual, but a phenomenology that concerns the conscience of the individual as well as of a culture or community. The disorders or pathologies of both that consciousness and its actions, is the main subject of a psychiatric reflection in the knowledge that this -the pasiquiatry-, not only studies organic and psycho-physiological problems of the mind and the brain, but focuses its attention to the problems and disorders of "consciousness". Madness, authenticity, education, love, or power are just some of the elements that constitute "the form" that evil acquires in our time. The symptoms that the human presents today towards the future: they are neither times of peace nor of a minimum social harmony. The indifference and coldness of effectiveness, fulminate main bases and ways of being of a manhood full time has been lost by the mass and the individual in our contemporary societies. Communication and language are determinants in that vacuum of consciousness that inhabits the very essence of the State. A guideline, however, gives meaning to this document to trace the anomalous: the political condition of man.
